Veterinary health check signed paperwork (plus any other veterinary records if applicable)
Full health test results and info for both parents
Embark DNA Full Test Report & Breed Certificate
DNA Profiling Certificate from Laboklin
Pituitary Dwarfism and Cerabellar Hypoplasia test results (if applicable - some litters are 100% clear by parentage)
Microchip documentation
Details of when both flea/tick preventative and de-wormer were used and what products the puppy was treated with
Pup’s current feeding schedule and guidelines
Depending on registration status:
Royal Kennel Club pedigree transfer form
Royal Kennel Club 5 weeks free insurance
I.S.A. pedigree* may take up to 6 months to arrive, as ISA paperwork is registered in Germany and then issued from Belgium. Swish Sheps Kennel will forward to the new owner/s ASAP
